At Dynamic Rehabilitation, our experienced professionals are skilled in coordinating the return to work process and completing the assessments and interventions needed to facilitate our client’s return to work.

Early RTW Program

Recent evidence has shown that work disability and costs can be reduced by the presence of a return to work planner, early and workplace-based interventions, and a comprehensive return to work plan.

One of our qualified RTW Planners will meet with the client and his/her employer in order to develop a return to work program and make relevant recommendations to assist with the client’s return to work. Our program is comprehensive, effective, and you will receive our recommendations and report quickly.

Job Site Analysis with Cognitive or Physical Demands Analysis

We meet with the client and employer to complete a comprehensive assessment of the essential demands of a client’s employment, from a physical or cognitive perspective.

Functional Physical or Cognitive Abilities Evaluations

We assess the client at home or in a clinical environment to assess his/her current abilities and tolerances from a physical or cognitive perspective compared to the demands of his/her employment.
