CBI OT Services is dedicated to providing the highest quality assessment and treatment services for clients, who have experienced a severe or catastrophic injury, or whose cases are more complex due to multiple trauma, psychological overlay or pre-existing medical history.

Our diverse team is able to provide services at the hospital, at home, at work, or in the community. We are able to provide case management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and return to work services to promote your claimant’s return to all activities of daily living. We can provide services to both adults and children.

Our corporate office is located in Toronto, Ontario. However, our clinicians provide services in the community throughout Ontario. Our services are readily available throughout the greater Toronto area, as well as Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Barrie. We are committed to offering comprehensive services throughout Ontario. We have recently expanded to SouthWestern Ontario and are currently growing to service Northern, & Eastern Ontario.

Our team receives referrals from lawyers, insurance companies, hospitals, employers, and individuals.
